What is Habibi?

Habibi is the creation of indulgent body care... fusing pure organic ingredients with natural fragrance to create a collection of bath and body products.

My recipies have been passed down through generations of my family, from grandmother, to mother, to me. Once classified as a series of 'home remedies', I have expanded their teachings... mixing and matching pure ingredients to soothe the skin and promote healing. My methods can be described as 'east meets west' ; I combine the basic teachings of ayurvedic healing with an expanded knowledge of essential oils, herbs, botanicals, nut butters and oils.

Organic shea butter, healing nut oils, and soothing botanicals are included in every Habibi product.

The goal of Habibi is to take the user beyond the basic steps of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing. We seek to heal the skin of common complaints: from dry skin and irritation to oily skin and blemishes. Our products have a 'cumulative' effect, meaning the more you apply them, the better your skin will look and feel.

Our fragrances are part imagination, part practicality. Many of our fragrances are meant to have a 'therapeutic' effect on the user. Soothing lavender to calm the senses... invigorating mint to revitalize the spirit... and healing chamomile to soften the body. Our alternative fragrances are the result of pressed flowers, herbs, fruit and vegetables... meant to invoke a particular 'mood' in the wearer - from feminine , to cool , to sensual Spirit. Each fragrance is carefully selected with the health and well being of the entire body in mind... physical, mental, and spiritual.
